People let’s get rid of these ridiculous contracts these companies want us to sign prior to hiring or acceptance of a closing. I just read Cloud Signings LLC and basically, the language within the contract is so convoluted any person would question it. We are subcontractors that’s it. The language I’m seeing in these contracts basically gives them every possible way not to pay us once the job is executed. There needs to be a streamlined process that everyone follows. This can piggyback on the “boycott of 30-day payment.” It’s really time to adopt a system whereby notaries are protected from non-paying companies and companies who openly want to commit theft of services. These contracts are only protecting the SS!
Their pay net terms are excessive and they still don’t pay when they reach the own terms! They owe me $340.00 and are now on my DO NT WORK FOR list. I have emailed their accounting directly with NO reply. For anyone else with this same problem here is that email:
