Amrock only uses Florida notaries for Florida properties and borrowers. That was one of the requirements when onboarding. I also went to a seminar with the Florida Area Network title companies in 2019 to learn more about RONs and the statement made there was that the notary had to be in the state “where the dirt is” meaning the property. This was in states that did not want a centralized call room of notaries monopolized by one company.
