I have done some work in the past and the last job was in February of this year. Nothing since that time. I have done 50 signings and they don’t owe me any money. Work has just dried from them.

They are an awesome company! I’ve worked for them for six years. They pay twice a month, and if you ever have any questions, they are there to help. Very nice people there too!

I did a signing for them in June 2024 they have not paid and are telling me that they were not paid by the title company so they’re not going to pay me. There was nothing wrong with the signed package sent in returned by me. I did tell them that it’s not my problem that they are not getting paid my contract was with them not the title company and payment is expected. They are on my do not work for list as of now.

Oh my goodness – I am dealing with this exact issue right now. I did a loan refi on June 23 and have yet to be paid by Sale Signings. When I contacted them a couple of weeks ago they told me the same thing – they had not been paid by Silk Title and suggested I contact them myself. I thought that was a rude response, especially as my contract was with Sale Signings and I had never had any knowledge of Silk Title. When I contacted Silk, they told me the information Sale Signings had given me was incorrect but they would send me a check. Supposedly it was mailed on August 19 but I have yet to receive it. This is so frustrating – I jumped through hoops to make that signing happen and 9 weeks later I am still waiting for payment.

I always call the title companies whenever I had issues with payments from the signing companies and I get paid.

Sounds like several of us are in the same boat right now. I got the same response to contact Silk Title, I did not do it. I have reviewed the T&C, and my agreement to provide service & receive payment was with Sale Signings. It is their responsibility to collect from Silk, and there is no contingency in the agreement that they must be paid first in order to pay us. I have pointed this out to Sale Signings (twice), just emailed them again today - if they don’t pay I will refer to an attorney. It’s not a lot of money, but I fulfilled my commitment and expect them to do likewise.

I had the same thing happen and I contacted Silk and they asked me to send them my address and they paid me 2 weeks later. I will never work with Sale Signing again.
