I received several email from this company notarydiscover.com until I finally decided to sign up and paid $40.00 for it. I think this is a scam because I didn’t receive any confirmation nor instruction from them after I paid. I called few times and got the same voice message over and over again.

Yup they are a scam. Reach out to your bank and dispute the charge and tell them that after you signed up you tried to cancel but could not get in touch with someone…
