I keep getting emails from them, has anyone signed up with them? If so, on what level? Sounds like a scam, anyone delt with them?

It is definitely a SCAM. Avoid. Put their emails in spam.

  • You do not see any contact Information, tel or address in their website
  • The information of that domain name in www.whois.com is hidden
  • You cannot find a positive comment in 123Notary, Notary Rotary or Notary Cafe forums

You have 2 options:

I agree. From time to time I get e-mails from them saying that there is a closing in my area. At first I would reply and never heard back one way or the other. Now I know that they are a joke. Ignore them!

UGH I just got scammed from them!!!
Good thing I paid them their $26 via PayPal!!!
Hopefully PayPal will honor their fraud protection :slight_smile:

I have received a full refund (thank goodness) via PayPal for these scammers.

I been a Notary for 10 years and no, no and not good, serious companies never ask you for money upfront. never pay to became a member except NNA or Notarycafe. the rest just want your money. be careful

FYI, I have not heard from Notary Network nor from “contact@notary-center.com” but I paid $24.50 for membership in response to constant emails I have been receiving for signings in my area but that stopped as soon as I paid! No emails and no mobile texts for orders. I tried to contact them to no avail. They left me no choice but to cancel membership and contacted my credit card company to dispute the $24.50 charge and seek reimbursement so buyer beware!!

File a dispute for Services Not Received on PayPal. I received the refund from NN the same day!
