Hi Everyone. Is anyone working with ServiceLink? I’ve been with them since April and have done 56 loan signings for them. I love working with them, but their fees are a little bit low. Have any of you worked with them and asked them to raise their fees? Who did you reach out to about this and how did they respond? Thank you!
past experience with them is they will ask you to lower your fee to get more volume. imho, volume does not work out well for us. but if you do as requested, they’ll then ask the other notaries to lower their fee…race to the bottom. I work with them at my much higher fee whenever their sucker…er…favorite is so busy running around at little profit.
