Hi, Have a signing that has the sellers name has listed Jr. at the end. Is it correct that we are to instruct them to include Jr. at the end of their name even though they say that they do not sign with the Jr. at the end? Thank you,
Ask your hiring party. Almost any mark could be a valid signature, so if the Jr is not there, the notary can still take the acknowledgement of the signature. The notary may write John A. Smith Jr in the certificate if that’s what the hiring party wants, as long as there is satisfactory evidence Mr. Smith actually is a junior.

If it’s on the signature line, that’s how they sign. Chances are they took title as Jr. so it has to be on their seller docs.
