Signing Agencies Commonly Take 50% Of NSA Fee - Software Systems Make Their Profits Soar

How do I start up my own signing service compay/companies! :joy:

You think it’s funny but this question is all about longevity and legacy that will last longer then you.

No, I was being sarcastic. I was laughing at myself because I cannot handle that much responsibilities. Mocking at myself knowing that I am not that kind of person who can take that kind of workload.

I wish I’m smart enough to be able to set up my own signing service company!

Thank you for breaking it down.

It would be nice if got rid of the middle men and have all escrow officers use Snapdocs or BancServ Platforms directly. I really don’t understand the need for all the middle men.

It can feel frustrating when signing agencies take such a big cut of the NSA fee! I’ve noticed this, too, and it seems like software systems have made it even easier for them to increase their profits. With platforms like monday project management, I mean agencies are streamlining their workflow and saving time, but it doesn’t always trickle down to us. They’re optimizing their business, but NSAs aren’t seeing the benefits. It’s almost like you’re doing all the hard work and getting a smaller piece of the pie. I think it’s worth looking into ways to work more directly with clients or considering alternative options that don’t involve such high fees.
