Hello
I have finished my notary class and will be taking e notary in a few weeks. Waiting for stamps and application to be approved etc. I’m licensed and have worked in commercial insurance and as a mlo but mobile agent is a new venture for me. I am in NC and I’d love to take a book that goes over everything so I know how the day to day goes and a good explanation of forms etc to make sure I have a good overall. Can someone please recommend a good training program?
Do you have a separate cell phone just for mobile notary?
I think the NNA has a book called “sign and thrive “ It’s also sold on Amazon too. That might be helpful;)

I personally have a google voice number that rings to my personal cell phone. You can set it up to take SMS notifications, have a separate voicemail as well.

I have heard good things about Notary2Pro and have been looking at it myself. Coast2Coast also does free training on YOUTUBE and so does CX Choice I believe

In addition to the rest of the recommendations here, I HIGHLY recommend getting a notary handbook (primer) for your particular state. They focus on the notary laws in your state. Most states offer this free (download) from the SOS website. Just make sure it is the current version regardless where you get it. Hope this helps!
