OH NO…honey that is not my fee, that was just an example. I am a 32 year notary and 15+ year agent…I don’t crank my car less than 150+ I have earned my name and fees…LOL. I was just giving an example for those that may not understand. I believe in his original post he said 60 for an Home Equity…I just was giving that fee.
Does the Title Company go by “SL”? if so I have some info to share on how to respond and hold your fees and still get business. Went through the same thing, didn’t budge, and am getting as much or more business. Would you want to private message me on this?

Same as bruce.inspiration regarding SL. Per their request, I sent them my spreadsheet with my fees (by county, zip code, city/town). They call me when they need me and are ready to accept my fees.
Never have I accepted the fees they said are reigning in my area.
