I have several signed agreements on file there. Not sure how someone can print documents and not sign the agreement since you have to agree to the terms to get into that company’s order. I general get paid twice a month for signings from that platform. There are several on the platform I don’t get work from because I don’t accept their low fees. And if they are net 60 I generally don’t accept their orders. Overall I like signingorder a lot. I have my fees published and the companies that hire me there periodically contact me direct with my requested fee and I like that a lot. Almost all payments come directly from the company. I believe you can review a companies terms from the main menu under companies.

I have been a notary since 2022, I have done some Notaries but never a loan signing, I have paid and paid and paid with nothing coming in is getting a little redundant.

Stop paying for it and see whether you notice a difference.

Hello Carmen,
You have been so incredibly helpful. Thank you so much.
In answer to your question, I went back to check my profile and TEXT is definitely highlighted but…. I have never received orders from SogningOrder via text - I only see them if I constantly refresh orders on their website. Strange. I think I will contact them and find out what is the issue. Thanks again!

I am also paying for pro here and not receiving signings, I do not understand what I am doing wrong.

I did for several months and find that it does increase the offers I received. $3 is less than coffee so I expect I’ll keep doing it.

100% worth it for me too.

Hi - I pay the $2.99/month and I receive many texts daily from Signing Order and complete 15-20 signings a month with them, for me it’s definitely worth it. Though free, I also receive a lot of offers from SnapDocs and complete 5-10 signings per month. I’ve received numerous leads funneled through this platform that also produced revenue. In all, I’m spending less than $10/month and generating $1500 - $2000 a month directly from those subscriptions. I believe it’s imperative to be sure that your profile and credentials on all of the platforms are complete and professional. Develop a good track record, especially on SnapDocs - they definitely grade on your performance, it will also generate more opportunities. Don’t give up, it’ll come around to you!!

I’ve had a loan company contact me saying they got my information from here.

Yes, I love when they volunteer that they found me via Notary Cafe. It underscores that this was a smart business investment for me.

Hi all I guess coming here and asking all the questions, then getting all of the feed back did something, I got my first text and notification from snap docs, I guess patience is the answer.
Thank you everyone.

@bluejmobilenotary Congratulations! :tada::dizzy:

Absolutely => that’s the most difficult component of launching an entrepreneurial venture - being patient. Things come to fruition within their own timeframe . . . :heartpulse:

Remember to keep yourself busy with preparations & the time will pass quickly.

I am utterly impressed. I have still somewhat of a newbie as I started in October 2024 in all earnest, full time. I am full credentialed on both platforms - SO and SD - and have received 2 signings since then via SO and none via SD. I serve the greater LA area and while there is high saturation in my market, all the loan signings that I have performed so far have been seamless. I dont understand why i do not get picked up by both platforms. None so far on SD. I also pay $4/month for the SO order board. Please enlighten me as I am beyond frustrated. Love the work, now what???

@tawc SD I have been there for 2 years and this was the first notification I received from them, also got an email from NNA that I would start getting text and email from their platform.

This FORUM will not get you assignments

Continuing the discussion from Signing Order Platform:

thanks for sharing Bluej … at least I am not alone in this. I hear people mentioning $145 signings, never seen it in the LA market - lowest $50, highest $85-100. If you know LA, you do not go anywhere without at least an hour drive. I see all these videos of people thriving … is it social media or reality??? I need some truthful speak, not grandstanding. As such, thank you for sharing your experience. Have not received an email from NNA either even though I have been on their platform since 6/24. Keeping fingers crossed for it to get better … wishing you all the best!

Hello again Carmen, regarding the previous topic - I contacted Signing Order and asked them why I do not receive texts even though i pay $4/month for the job board. So, per many emails back and forth, they stated that you only get a text IF YOU GET PICKED once the order is placed. The $4 is for the privilege of responding that you are available but still does not mean you will get picked. LA is highly competitive so I will probably need to find different ways to work it. thank you for all your insights along the way. All the best, Nadine

@tawc As a professional signing agent [PSA] who has provided these services for nearly two decades, I regularly share on the Notary Cafe forum that it’s all about location, Location, LOCATION! Yes, just like in Real Estate . . .

Here are a few key points of unadulterated truth:

  • There are courses, seminars, mentorship services, and training programs that are omnipresent across the internet landscape => ALL of which promise an ā€œeasy-peasy $100K/year income . . .ā€ however, the reality is starkly different from what is touted by those who are hawking their wares online & via social media. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true . . .

  • Those who launched the courses, seminars, mentorship services, and training programs have done so specifically because they were unable to make a living as a Professional Signing Agent [PSA]. They engage in explicitly deceptive marketing techniques.

  • Dog-eat-dog type of competition. How does one know that? Just look at how the Fees for the PSA services continue to plummet to the bottom. The Fees currently pushed by multiple Signing Services [SSs] WON’T cover the cost of GASOLINE to drive to the signing location, let alone all of the other out-of-pocket expenses, and the regular overhead expenses required to provide those services.

  • It’s definitively NOT a dramatic overstatement that saturated markets are driving down Fees.

  • Anyone new to this business sector (over the last 2 years or so) may jump in with BOTH FEET without performing due diligence only to realize they were sold the sizzle, but none of the steak . . .

======

I regularly share this post I created in February of 2023:

It will serve you well to read each thread I referenced within the above-cited post. You’ll gain A LOT of knowledge! Of particular interest & one worth reading more than once is this link within that post (see below):

======

I’ve long been an advocate to my fellow Notary Cafe members (AKA fellow Business Owners) to perform their own Research PRIOR to launching a business within this sector & to vet those who are offering ā€œadviceā€ or ā€œmentoringā€ to determine their motives in doing so . . .

Now you can easily see the ulterior motives!
