I am unfamiliar with this type of loan.

Without more info, I’m guessing home loan refinance, property is occupied by owner/borrower - not an investment property

Should clarify and correct my post - it’s either owner-occupied refi (subject to 3-day rescission period before funding) or owner-occupied purchase package or a loan on an investment property (not owner occupied - immediate funding and will definitely need to be scanned back).
