I was contacted on 12/12/24 to do an evening signing. I accepted the $75 fee arrangement from Solution Based Buyers, yet was never paid. Since I had their phone numbers and email addresses (for both the company and their agent), it seemed legit. It’s almost 60 days and I’ve only gotten a run-around about payment. They offer to pay via Zelle, then change to Cash app, and lastly they said they turn it over to their billing department. Disgusted, I let them know I’m going to social media to warn others. Be warned: do not expect payment from Solution Based Buyers.

Contact title co directly and provide them a copy of the outstanding invoice you sent to Solution Based Buyers. Make sure it includes date/time of signing and signers last name. Good luck!

I had two requests for the same person. They wanted pictures after the house was cleared out. I drove 45 min only to find that the house was in the same condition as the first time there. I tracked down the main company and called. A guy will answer “Hello, how are you”. Then I told him I had not been paid. He said he would put through the zelle write away. He paid the $75. However, he keeps saying that he will pay and never does for the second trip for $50.00.

Saru, I had a LOT of trouble collecting my fee from them. After they made promises to pay several times, and kept changing their payment method (said they would send a check after I refused payment by Cash App, then I agreed to Zelle - never received), then said they sent a check and sent a copy of a check (not a copy of a canceled check), I threatened the agent and she sent is via Zelle the same day. I will not do business with them in the future. Hope you’re able to collect the rest of what is owed.
