Has anyone heard of TFG Property Reports? Or Forseti Real Estate Services. TFG is out of Florida.

They found me on 123Notary. So, I would suggest getting a listing on there.

I have done a couple of them and they pay VERY SLOW. Now waiting 60 days for payment and the last one was the same way.

I have done several closings for them, no problems.
