Underpaid - SafeCure

Has anyone work for SafeCure ? They are paying $30.00 for closing.
A closing for $30.00 is very disrespectful. You are Undervalue the Loan Signing Agents: such as, work, time, supplies, gas & studies, Please, don’t send signing orders underpaid.

If notaries didn’t accept those fees we wouldn’t keep seeing them. But business isn’t personal. There is no insult.

Some may not consider it an insult, but it certainly is a show of disrespect for the time, expenses and expertise of the signing agent.

How about it’s a lack of recognition for the value of the service provided.

I wish that I’d seen this earlier, although it’s not too late for me.
I was contracted by SafeCure to do a Loan Modification, and the fee states $250?! Like what? I even went back at them to confirm that this was correct, and they said it was. It’s currently MLK Day, and I’m supposed to sign this one in about 3 1/2 hours, but after reading this, my suspicions scream RED FLAG. I emailed them saying that I felt that this whole order wasn’t right and that I’d read some not so great things about them, but no response. While it would be amazing to make $250 for a Loan Mod., I just know that this probably won’t happen.

I would take a loan mod for $250 pretty fast. The last one was 8 pages took ten minutes and paid 100.

If it’s in writing do it.

I did it. And…the co-owner of SafeCure actually called me, and we had a very nice chat. He squelched any reservations that I had. He also explained that they typically send out orders with that low-ball $30 as a standard practice and go up from there. He told me to keep his personal cell # on hand if I have any issues with payment, etc. I do feel much better, but until I’m actually paid (he said via Notary Pay), I won’t know if I can 100% trust them.

I just sent them a message if they can’t offer a standard fee of $100 please take me off the list.

I also keep getting Cloud Signings at $20 and $35. No. Besides Cloud is very slow pay.

Can we block companies on signingorder like you can on Snapdocs?

Yes, you can block companies. Scroll to bottom of the signingorder request and there should be an option to block all future requests from the company who sent it.

Do not accept any signings from SaefCure.

I received an offer for $30. Then an hour later I received an offer of $50 for the same signing. This smells and sounds exactly the same as CloudSings, LLC. Below is the link to SafeCures website. .io???
