I’ve received 4 Signings this week from this one company I’ve never heard of and I don’t see it mentioned on here. It only scared me because that’s how Cloud signings did when I first started. They gave me back to back Signings for a month until they didn’t send a check and I looked on here. The last 2 Signings they sent me, I told them when they send a check they can send me Signings so they stopped and never paid me. It makes me paranoid.

No, I’ve chosen not to have any direct experience with Safe Cure nor Cloud Signings.
Why, one might ask?
Cloud Signings: (a solo notary farming out Signing Orders [SOs]) non-payment reputation is clearly visible across multiple online forums including the Notary Cafe forum.
So, definitively a Hard Pass.

Safe Cure: Other than their brand-new website, there isn’t much to be found on the web. Red Flag
Their method of assigning SOs matching that of Cloud Signings is another Red Flag. You’re wise to make the correlation, because not many business entities do that - unless they’re employing a non-payment ruse . . .
Unable to locate any of the usual business entity registration data, etc. Another Red Flag.
PLUS, the address for Cloud Signings is a mere 19 miles in distance to Safe Cure. Red Flag. Now, one could simply state it’s a coincidence . . . or, one could coalesce the Red Flags and determine that Safe Cure is also a Hard Pass.

Thank you so much for that information. I just signed into signing order and sent a message to ask them did this company used to be Cloud Signing. I’ll wait for a reply and be sure to update everyone on here. They should probably answer before my signing.

The above record shows Safecure to be located in Irvine, CA. Google search shows Cloud Signings to be in Springfield, PA. I have no experience with either company.

Same address of building where Paralegal Group works out of requesting notary assignments and they don’t pay. These days I’m suspicious of anything in Irvine ~ too many businesses not reputable.

Thank you for that information. I called to ask if they used to be Cloud and they said they were not. They were very professional and glad to answer questions about their business.
First when I called, I talked to a lady who wasn’t sure, but said she knows the owner and he’s a good person with integrity. I immediately got a call back from someone else who explained they weren’t that company and asked where it’s located.
I’ve done 2 so far. The fees are low because it’s under 40 pages with like 4 stamps needed. 1 package is 3 copies, 1 to leave with, 2 to be stamped them all under that 40 pages. I’ll take them too.

They never paid me and I did probably 5. They got me all at once and when you look on here, NO ONE gets paid.

I believe he said they process checks on the 15th so it would be a few days after Oct 15th that I should get paid.

@houstons3d_notary Usually when a business entity states that “they process checks on the 15th” they’ll also state the included appointment date interval as well.
For example:
“process checks on the 15th for the previous month”
OR
“process checks on the 15th for appointments up through the 15th”
So, you may want to request a clarification on it.

FYI: Sometimes, they’ll state that they process checks on the 15th of each month for the appointments in the previous month from the 16th through the end of the month AND process checks on the last day of the month for the appointments in the previous month from the 1st through the 15th.
In essence, the payment interval (as identified in this particular scenario) could be brief OR extended (45+ days).
It’s always a good idea to ensure a clear understanding of their commitment in this regard. This will enable you to set your calendar ticklers as appropriate if the remuneration isn’t promptly forthcoming.
I just got the 1st payment for my signing I did Sept 19th. Today is Oct 1st. No complaints

No, ma’am it came through email to deposit through the deluxe check system the rest of them usually use.

I received one of the payments Oct 1st for a signing I completed Sep 19th for them. I really have no complaints i was just making sure they weren’t Cloud Signings.
Speaking of cloud they must see our m messages because they sent me a $30 signing for me to laugh at.
Have you ever received payment from them? The joke is that I’ve done at least 5 Signings, never got paid. When they kept sending me signing I was direct about the fact that they should pay me or stop sending Signings and they stopped. Yet they must read the messages because they had the audacity to try to send a $30 signing this week.
So both Safe Cure and Cloud signings do Signings for Freedom Mortgage. I kindly told cloud to stop sending me any message as they don’t pay and they stopped unto this week. Big mistake to let me see what mortgage company you with for because now I’m about to contact them directly. Safe cure paid one so far.

FYI: Some Signing Services [SSs] have a membership as an individual notary or as a business entity.
