Uniform residential loan application

When completing a Loan Pkg - does the UNIFORM RESIDENTIAL LOAN APPLICATION need to be completed again of just signed again - I’ve been asking the signers to fill out the best they can & sign - I read the following - "This is the application you filled out at the beginning of your loan - you are required to sign it again to confirm that it is accurate - does above need to be completed by the signer if it’s not already filled out

Take Care - Todd

I have never seen a blank 1003 in a loan package. If you are getting blank one, you need to ask the lender or whoever hired you. Otherwise, I have them sign and initial.

The ones in my packages are always ready to be signed, anything that says BORROWER and CO-BORROWER, as simple as that. Don’t go beyond that :woman_shrugging:

I saw your PDF… I suggest you call your hiring party. I’ve never seen anything like that, so incomplete

The pdf above is the newest/latest/greatest(?) Application form (after over 40 or more years with only 1 small change–signing at the top of 1003). It looks to me like hiring party doesn’t know how to handle the new ‘fillable’ one and erroneously sent you a not-completed one. I would definitely contact hiring party about this oversight and would NOT have B’s take a shot at it OR just sign a blank form. Somebody screwed up…and it wasn’t you!
