Has anyone heard of USNA? I keep getting emails requests for signings. I have never heard of them, so I was wondering if anybody has worked with them or familiar. Thanks
@eliteloansigningagent Excellent question! By any chance did you find the immediately available information found within the Notary Cafe database on this topic?
This information is a GOLDMINE!
Most members express that they find it difficult/NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE to locate the Search Function in order to access the wealth of information available within the database.
To be helpful, Iāve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.
Iāve performed a cursory Search on your behalf and the results show t2 separate threads (in addition to yours) BOTH FROM just a few weeks ago about this particular business entity. There is a plethora of data immediately available on the threads within Notary Cafe.

Accessing the database to locate information about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time āchasingā payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . .
I have been getting email about both Quick Signings and USNA. Because there is a fee to sign up on USNA, I am reluctant to use Quick Signings. I am signed up with enough places (for free) that I am not comfortable with a place that wants to take my notary income. I donāt know if they are legit because I havenāt forked over the $45/year fee that USNA wants, which is necessary to be part of Quick Signings.
I received an email from Quick Signings on Monday and was wondering the same thing. I donāt really want to pay someone for them to use my services. I signed up with companies when I first became a signing agent and hardly any of them called/texted/or emailed me.
same question. Iām getting emails to join Quick Signings. They say you must be a member of United State Notary Association, and it brings me here to Notary Cafe. I sent them a question.

Be sure to review this thread with insightful information on this topic:
After reading your response and peeking at United States Notary Association (USNA)'s website I have determined the 30 day refund does not really exist as you will have to pay to return items to them in order to receive refund. In reading the questions I think people are asking has anyone received signings and been paid through USNAās Quick Signings. I wanted to see a listing of notaries on Quick Signings to see if there were any in my area thus giving me a strategic advantage.
@cNsa5, are you aware of anyone who is a member of this association?
@d_avantwhite There is no one that Iām aware of who is a member of this business entity/organization.
======
There are indications that this business entity launched in 2017; however, there is no one who purportedly has working with them/received Signing Orders [SOs]/been paid by them.
In my research, it would simply be another āloss leaderā ploy to separate Professional Signing Agents [PSAs] from their hard-earned funds.
Of course, I always recommend that EACH business owner perform their own due diligence when making a determination of this type.

Iām a new notary, and I also received an email to sign up from this company. Glad to know in advance the consensus from the forum. Thank you!
What a great idea to tie your signing service to a non-profit.
Itās $45.00 a year or $100 for 4 years to join this association and then membership to Quick Signings is free. I have not had great experiences with website that charge notaries to join. I probably wonāt join.
What you mean return items? Are you referring to notary journals, stamps etc⦠?
Donāt do it! I was curious and wanted to see what would happen, so I joined and itās been nothing but BS since. āAmanda Smithā is a fake person, I believe. After joining and paying $100, I was sent an email saying I now had access to Quick Closings. When I went to log into QC, it says you have to log into your USNA account first. So I tried to log into USNA, and lo and behold, my password had been changed. Shortly after this, I received an email from āUSNA Ordersā asking if I was available for a signing the next day (a Sunday) with two signers and an attorney for $130. I said no. Then I received an email saying they had classes available for continuing education, but no classes appear under the classes tab on the website. At this point, I disputed the $100 charge with my bank and initiated an investigation. I also emailed USNA and told them to refund any monies charged and cancel my account. I havenāt heard another word since. Thankfully my bank refunded my money.
It would be great if there was a way to get this site shut down.
