Has anyone else been receiving emails from United States Notary Service out of Irvine CA to sign up for a fee? At times, fine Irvine CA vendors to be not too reputable. I’m in WA thanks for your input.
Never heard of 'em. I’d nope out.
I found two results in a search - searched both as you cited two different names in your post.
United States Notary Services - an online notary service
United States notary online (onlinenotary.us)
Then there’s United States Notary Association
Arichter agree. Just curious if anyone else has received solicitations.
Hi Linda ~ found them on internet search and also found building. The building in Irvine rents out spaces to various vendors. No useful information on net. Registered with BBB but that is no big deal ~ anyone can do that. Just curious.
Yeah, I’ve been getting those same emails as well. Definitely not something that looks trustworthy.
Yes, I have an email from them that I wanted to check out before I responded. Are they legitimate?
Oh no! Not another Scam!
This is what I found in my email: United States Notary Association https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#
https://unitedstatesnotaryassociation.org/
@shirleyecaldwell No, Shirley - I am not saying they are a scam - just pointing out two links I found on each name variation.
Hi Shirley ~ you have to pay a large fee to find out if they are a scam. That would be NO for me. All about the money ~ must do homework prior to doing business with others in every part of the world not just notary business. As a 70+ senior my scam offers have increased. I do a good job deleting and blocking scammers because my son is an IT person and showed me tricks of the trade. Important to delete ghost files and files you may have thought were deleted. Electronics have a way of saving in other folders. I NEVER use the Cloud. My son drove me to an old warehouse building in Seattle that appeared in sad shape and this was one of the locations where servers stored for Cloud use. Scary !! Be careful out there.
Thanks for the link. They seem to be offering nothing new that has any real value–not even a findanotary feature.
Alice, thanks for your reply. Can you share how to delete “ghost files?”
Thanks LindaH-FL. It is scary out here how easy anyone can get scammed.
The other day a woman tried it over the phone using a golf course. The golf course was real, but I did not trust her. She was trying to put a lot of pressure on me to sign up with her company. Plus she wanted my credit card. That was enough for me to say no. I told her I needed to research her company first. When I looked up her company, there were several “Scam” alerts from other people.
