There are indications that this business entity launched in 2017; however, there is no one who purportedly has working with them/received Signing Orders [SOs]/been paid by them.
In my research, it would simply be another “loss leader” ploy to separate Professional Signing Agents [PSAs] from their hard-earned funds.
Of course, I always recommend that EACH business owner perform their owndue diligence when making a determination of this type.
