Watch out for Rai’s Mobile Notary Signing Service want me to witness a notary for $50.00. He said I found your name on 123 Notary. So he submitted the fund to Zelle. He said he did;nt need a notary, just a witness. I knew something was funny; I told him I would contact the client to let them know I am coming. He said no, don’t do that I say okay. I looked at his text message, which said no Real Estate documents. I canceled and said no, find someone else to witness In Texas.
I did an acknowledgment for them last year. They wanted me to include 2 acknowledgment certificates for one document. I told them, I am not going to break the law. They accepted that & I did receive a check about 4 days later. I have not done another assignment for them since.
