I went on vacation in July/August, and our UPS Store closed. UPS drop boxes have vanished in the area, including one that was right next to a Title Company. What’s going on?

@ronda UPS is closing Customer Counters across the US.
I have heard that UPS is also doing the same in the UK; albeit this hasn’t been confirmed.

FYI: The UPS Drop Boxes have been removed/picked up across the US for quite a while now because they’re regularly broken into as they’re not secure.
The UPS Corporate decisions are impacting (negatively) all of us in one way or another . . .
