Wording filling up

Hello the notaries. Please help. I came across of a weird wording and I’m not sure what to write in the space:
…whose name is subscribed to the within instrument, and acknowledged that _________executed the same for the purpose therein contains”.
Thank you all in advance!

whose name is subscribed to the within instrument, and acknowledged that HE OR SHE OR THEY executed the same for the purpose therein contains”.

Caps were my own to make answer stand out…don’t use caps.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. Usually the wording already includes he/she/they , so I was confused. Thank you very much!!!

I print the borrower name there

The borrower’s name Is in the very beginning of the wording, so I just used “she” in the blank. Will see what happens. It’s very uncommon. I’ve never seen this kind of wording before, although I have done about 200 signings/notarizations just in this 2020.
Every lender has its own twist😂.

Thank you so much for your reply! I’m so happy there is such thing as a notary cafe.
