Yes...higher fees are possible

Ok. Discrete means separate though. You mean discreet.

yes that was a typo thx!

I got a 13 page “notary instructions” the other day! it was so basic too . Things any notary should know .

How would you expect anyone to believe you get $250 per package when your Google page doesn’t have a single review? Are you not asking for them?

I always counter, I note please add for mileage if it’s an after five appointment in the evening I’ll note that it’s a late evening appointment and most recently. It was a last-minute scheduling for the same afternoon which I noted and I got the fee I felt was justified

I have not yet asked for google reviews. I wanted to have a full year under my belt before asking. Maybe silly on my part
I do have reviews on other platforms though

While hiring fees is what we all want to see, encouraging brand new notaries with limited experience that they should charge what veterans with years of experience should charge and expect to get it, isn’t that realistic in my opinion. I worked a year before I recognized I was too low on fees. But folks out of the gate thinking they will get the same fees as someone with more than 1000 contracts under their belt may be just wishful thinking. Especially when some title companies won’t even invite you to join them direct until you have two years of demonstrated experience.

That’s just my opinion.
