I have been trying for several weeks to get paid for an assignment on 12/16/2019 with All States Notary who’s terms were net 30. My emails go unanswered and I’ve been told by the only person I’ve been able to answer the phone that my payment would be sent two weeks ago. I’ve now discovered with reviewing the company, as they are the only one that has not paid me, that other notaries are not getting paid by them for jobs they completed. Is there a formal place to file a complaint about this is…

Has anyone worked with this company? I completed a contract signing for them on October 11th and was told on the 20th that they would process my payment soon. I have tried to contact them on several occasions via email, phone, and through the dashboard to no avail. No response shows the level of professionalism. Please steer clear of this company and tell your fellow agents to do the same.
