I am going to get an application signed for a guy I have seen 4 times before for an application to be signed.
Unbelievable.

For the 2nd time, this man refused to sign an application and said he told the Loan officer day before yesterday he was rejecting the deal.
Then I get a call from the loan officer who says did you at least show him the paperwork?
Well no he wouldn’t let me into the house.
Pretty sure this is the last time I go to that address. And a Veteran.
I see too many LOs churning Vets, so maybe this Vet saw that, too.
They’re his tax write-offs.
Vet loans are the ones I see with closing costs over 25 grand.
