It had a acknowledgement attached. Will this be a new document in Refi’s?
Yes its been in a few packages I have done. No big deal just something else for them to sign.

Yes, I’ve seen that. Just goes to show not everyone is doing what they are supposed to.
Just sounds like an unnecessary duplication of work, since the NORTC contains that language
The thing is that they sign it before they even know if they’ve received two copies or not.
Seems to me if borrowers are reporting to title they are not being left the copies required to be left - that’s usually what seems to preface duplicate requests. And if they sign it before they get the copies, I just tell them their copies are in the package and will be left with them.
Not in the signings I did - I put all the copies in front of them, we went over the form, they signed all copies and they then saw me put two signed copies for each in their packet.

Have you had to notarize the Doc? That is the new part for me.
