Is it this? (And others please note that MV Realty is mentioned in this article.
15 pages, 1 notarization, scan back, $65 or $70.
It is a home owner agreement with a real estate company. RE company, offering $750 to $1000, cash for acceptance of a purchase contract for 40 years (yes 40 years) with 6% commission!
Here are some facts:
1.There is no illgality involved. 2. No fraud involved. 3.The real state agency is currently being sued in several states by homeowners ( mostly vulnerable persons). 4. Plaintiffs claim they did not know the terms (which are clearly stated in …
Has anyone ever did a signing for MV Realty? I have completed several signings for the company and half of the signers are under the assumption that the company is offering mortgage assistance due to COVID.
Has anyone done any signings for MV Realty out of Florida? I’ve gotten assignments for them through the signing services. It seems like they are offering homeowners a loan, which they say they don’t have to pay back, as long as they commit to using them (MV Realty) when they decide to sell their home. Seems a bit shady to me. Also, they won’t give me the homeowner’s tel. # to confirm. They call and confirm, then they let me know. It was only about 15 pages, but the homeowner wanted to read…
Has anyone used Superior Notary Services? I’ve done several signings for their customer MV Realty. The signings are 11-15 pages and take about 10 mins. Once you’ve done one it’s very easy. Sometimes they want you to get the agent on the phone to walk the customer through the signing. Pay starts at 65.00 and goes up based on mileage. However, they run about 25% cancellations, for which you don’t get paid unless you actually go to the signing, and then the signer bails. IN that case you’ll get abo…
Apparently, it is a legal way for a R.E. co. to guarantee potential future listings for FORTY years by enterng into a contract with owners that will guarantee said RE co. the first crack at selling the property if/when owners decide to sell in exchange for a nominal sum of money which ONLY has to be repaid at a much higher rate IF owners do NOT first list with said co. should they decide to sell during the next FORTY years. Note that if they never sell until after 40 years have passed, they nev…
Yes. It’s most likely to happen when the signing comes out with short notice, like a text at 11am for a 3pm signing. Sometimes it’s because the signing agent had to withdrawal, but it’s often a clue that the title company is behind the 8-ball and hence more likely to be a cancel/ reschedule. Be leery of signings less than maybe 6 hours out. Any cancellation is frustrating because there are times we turn down other work for this signing who bails on us. By very careful with MV realty, I’ve had mo…
