Anyone else having trouble getting paid from Executive Signing Service?

I provided loan signing services for Executive Signing Services 90 days ago in September 2024 and and have billed 3x and have had no response.

ESS is a non-payment company!! Notaries beware!

I am going to contact the title and lending companies to report them.

We play a VITAL role in the loan signing process and are the last to get paid - well after each loan funds.

Here is a website to steer clear from:

I am considering leaving the role of a notary LSA because companies fail to pay timely but expect us to jump through hoops for each job requiring out services.

How funny I actually signed up on that website and have never done a signing for them. Guess that’s no loss.

If you haven’t already, try contacting the owner Ty Kempton at:

Ty.Kempton@wesign4u.com
or
Ty.Kempton@essincaz.com

He was usually pretty responsive. Haven’t worked with them in a long time so hoping he’s still accountable.

Yes, I sent emails directly to Ty with invoices attached. I also called leaving messages.

Finally after 90 days, I contacted the title agency notifying them of the assignment and non payment. Within 15 minutes I had a payment made via Zelle.

Funny, not haha. Ty Kempton emailed me following the payment. Saying a check was mailed to my physical address - which is not my mailing address and never used on my invoices.

Lesson learned here, too. I will never work for ESS again.

The one thing which hasn’t sat well with me - the hiring agency (s) expect notaries to follow explicit directions when performing a signing. Why is it then they do not follow simple instructions for payment. I truly do not believe a payment was ever sent, it was just a way to cover up their error.
