In addition to what @VIPnotaryCO stated, I personally do work for them regularly (usually through Signing Order). They pay timely (through Deluxe) and will negotiate. I will say, (for me anyway) if you accept an order from them, 9 times out of 10 they use the auto-assign feature through Signing Order, meaning the first to bite gets the job.

I like MNZ; they treat me very well and they are courteous and forgiving (not of sloppiness, though). I will take what they offer (distance, fee, type) because they seem to respect me and my work. One of my faves.
