@Renee Thank you for your question. Since I do not know the state that you are located, I would recommend, first start with checking your state statutes regarding “fees” for notarial acts. That would give you a baseline and see if there are any additional miscellaneous charges available that you can charge. There are so many different variables that you have to consider, so it’s very difficult to answer your question. What I would charge, may not be profitable for you. Everyone’s fees will vary, in other words there are no set standardization for fees. My answer may or may not met your expectations. To many times, beginners are seeking “black and white” on how compute their fees. Part of the learning curve is doing the research and work, I had to let “google” become my best friend. I commend you for asking your question, that’s part of performing research, doing a surveys of your competitors.
