I received this response in regards to their App issues. I tried it but unfortunately I’m still having the same issue.

They spelled “Idle” wrong (Idol). Sorry, just thought it was funny being the way they scrutinize us on mistakes… couldn’t resist. Example: They should “Idol” me for noticing! OK, I’m done now!
