I cannot get into the website, app, and I just called and could not get through by phone.

I really hope they didn’t just decide to trash the business and run. It doesn’t sound like them.
I’ve tried to find their people on linkdin to get phone numbers

I FINALLY just now got confirmation that Bancserv/Fidelity systems are down. Even emails are not possible from them.

See more information about this topic on the ServiceLink thread as well. Many SSs and lenders have also been impacted by this as well.

FYI: " Several real estate-focused news outlets said the attack has had significant downstream effects on the industry. Real Estate News called Fidelity National Financial the “nation’s largest title insurance company” and said it has stopped many scheduled home-sale closings as a result of the attack.

Real estate agents, homebuyers and more have been left in the lurch, trying to find ways to finish sales. But the system outages mean many transactions will not be completed until this week. TechCrunch spoke to several realtors on Monday who were exasperated by the outages, which are causing delays in closings.

Fidelity National Financial owns dozens of regional title companies like National Title of New York, Chicago Title, Alamo Title and Commonwealth Land Title. TechCrunch

Cybersecurity expert Kevin Beaumont noted that like multiple major companies that have suffered hacks in recent weeks, Fidelity National Financial had tools exposed to the internet that were vulnerable to a bug known as CitrixBleed.

The top cybersecurity agencies in the U.S. released an urgent warning about the issue on November 21, warning that both nation-state hackers and cybercriminals were exploring ways to exploit the vulnerability.

Just three weeks ago, hackers targeted Texas-based mortgage giant Mr. Cooper, the largest non-bank mortgage servicer in the U.S. The attack prompted the company to lock down its systems, forcing people to pay off their loans by phone, mail service or Western Union."

I’m sorry to post this here, but Does anyone know how to receive orders on BancServ in Hillsborough and Pasco FL area? I signup with them 9 months ago. I have not seen any orders. Does anyone have any tips? Thanks.

KEEP YOUR PHONE NEXT TO YOU!!
When your phone “pings” that Bancserv has a order, you respond to it fast as you can.
It took me Several months of trying to get some orders…and the only way is JUMP to that Ping!!
(Sometimes, well a lot actually, it pings but the order has been taken…the system just seems to ping all notaries in that area regardless). Just keep trying when the Ping comes.
Also, make sure your “rates” for signings are on parr with other notaries in your area. If your rates are higher, you get pinged seconds after other notaries.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but don’t you have to have a minimum number of signings under your belt before Bancserv will give you signings? Asking because I don’t do loans but thought I read that here

Thank you for responding. The issue is that there are no pings at all. I don’t remember having to put rates on the application. I will review my settings.

Its been several years I’ve been with Bancserv…when I started, I had to log on in the beginning of the month, provided notary history and take the test. Once I was processed, I was immediately given access to the Bancserv app. I just looked at the requirements right now, it does say you need to do 10 sign for bancserv to get access to the app. It seems the process has changed. So I guess the question is, how are you to do 10 signings for Bancserv without access to the app? Maybe someone who has recently signed up with Bancserv can provide more info.
