If that is correct “10 signings for Bancserv” than I agree you need access to the app to get orders.
I found out the issue was not with Bancserv, it was with their parent company FNT, news now say they had a ransomware issue.
This effected all FNT subsidiaries. Including Nationalink & ServiceLink

Same. I sent an email a couple of days ago questioning an issue regarding being unable to upload docs. Surprisingly, I got a response back that the system was having issues but should be corrected soon, if not already.
They’re servers were down. You should be able to get back on now
