The consumer explanation letter has the borrowers name wrong. For example his name is John Doe but they have him as “John Snow”
Do I contact the loan officer to correct it? Have buyers Cross it out? Does the SS give you the loan officers contact? It’s one of my first refinances ever. I’m in California.
