Caffeinated Closings, Inc. (San Diego, CA area)

Anyone have any experience with Caffeinated Closings, Inc. out of San Diego, CA? Received a text via SD for a “Loan Signing” for $150 w/scan backs. The text says “they pay right away via Vendor Pay and have completed over 10,000 signings on the Snapdocs Platform.” It’s signed by Hailey Drew, Operations Manager.

I’ve never heard of them. They’re not in Signing Central (Notary Rotary) and I didn’t see anything on them here either. They do have a website and their form to be added to their data base asks for 2 escrow officer references … hmmm. Wonder if that’s how they get their business … ???

I did one closing for them in March 2024, checked my records and they paid within a couple days via Venmo.
