Is anyone familiar with either of these agencies and is it legit to charge a fee $40-$50?
DO NOT waste your money. The first year I started I didn’t think it was that much money and signed up.
Got exactly ZERO offers from either. Don’t pay when there are so many free platforms.

Also - google national title companies and go to their websites and see if you can sign up as a notary. I think I did that with Old Republic Title Pacific Title. Stewart Title.
Sign up on signingorder.com because some companies if you go to their notary registration area - it ends up being signingorder.com and it will tell you you’re already listed.
