Be careful when working for this company! The last communication I received from them was “Thank you for your attention to detail and timely updates!” And yet they gave me a 2-star review on Notary Dash.
After 11 5-star reviews (and only 5-star reviews) on Notary Dash, CCSS gave me a 2-star review, yet said to me “Thank you for your attention to detail and timely updates!”. On the review they said “Hire with caution”. They also violated their own payment terms.
The problem came from the “signing service” notes saying they reformatted the Mortgage Deed for legal size pages, which they did not. I have two trays and can print letter and legal no problem. Instead of taking responsibility for not sending me the pdf’s correctly, it was easier to blame me. I took an extra trip to return to my office to reprint and correct their mistake, yet they still gave me a terrible review. Beware of this company. They are not honest.
