VERY unprofessional! They can’t provide me with a legitimate phone number for the client’s they want me to go visit! Two separate client’s, two different days! Told them to reassign. Doesn’t sound legit to me. (I’ve given them 3 chances, each client)
And they want you to just show up without signer confirmation? If so, sounds like one of those deals where they hope you’ll guilt a reluctant signer into signing by your merely showing up. Not good business. Dodged a bullet!

This applies only to some of their Loan Modification jobs. They tell you in advance to show up even if you’re not able to confirm the appointment. Some of these signers can be very difficult to reach. They pay your full fee whether the signer shows or not. In 6 years, and over 350 jobs from them, I’ve never had a signer that I couldn’t reach fail to show up for the appointment. Keep in mind these aren’t the same situations as HELOC’s, REFI’s, Seller and buyer packages, etc.
Sorry, but they finally admitted this was a cold call. Signer was not aware I was coming. In this area, that is so very unsafe!! Completely unethical.
