Cloud Signings Out of Business

I’ve noticed a lot of notaries have not been paid by this company. I received this notification when I sent an email to them requesting payment for a signing completed November 2025.

“Thank you for your message.

Cloud Signings LLC has ceased operations and is not accepting new assignments. The company is in the process of an orderly wind-down and is reviewing legacy matters related to prior services.

Please note that response times may be limited during this process.”

Hello,

I am formally requesting payment for completed signing services performed under Cloud Signings LLC.

Despite completion of services, I have not received payment. I understand the company is winding down; however, this does not remove the obligation to pay for services rendered.

Please provide:

  1. Payment status

  2. Expected payment date

If payment is not received or confirmed, I will proceed with further action to recover the balance owed.
