Anyone have any luck being paid by Cloud Signings LLC? First the response was that the accounts payable only works weekends. That was five months ago. I am now down to no response at all.
I have never worked for them because their fees are too low and they don’t accept my counter offers. Sounds like I am missing absolutely nothing.

I finally git paid last week for an order i completed for them in May. I took one more in July not realizing I haven’t been paid still waiting on that one. But now I dont even respond to them. It took weeks of hounding to get paid for the first. I said I will never do it again.

Yep I emailed them and sent an invoice. They will pay after 60 days have passed and the weekend following. So lets say today is 60 days past the signing this weekend Friday and Sat I would be eligible for the payment. So I sent an invoice a week after I was due and an email. I also sent one for this payment that is due this weekend. They paid the one lets see if they pay the second.
I’ve never worked with Cloud Sigings and, after reading all the negative posts about them, they’re on my no-no list.
Just for clarification – “They will pay after 60 days have passed and the weekend following.” Is that 60 work days or 60 calendar days? Just curious as some have posted to FINALLY receiving payment 5+ months post signing.

Its best to stay away from them.
Sounds like they are likely getting paid quickly from the title companies and sitting on the money to draw interest. My experience is that if they need that interest to stay in business, then they are in trouble. Best to avoid

I have a job out with them as well. NO RESPONSE AND NO PAYMENT. VERY FRUSTRATING
I do not even answer their calls. I have them in my contacts with NO, DO NOT DO BUSINESS, SLOW PAY after their name so I ignore their calls. The last job I took from them took lots of hounding and I did not get paid for over 90 days. The one before was nearly as bad.
Interesting!! I just looked in my unpaid invoices and I have one for them.
I signed clients on 8/17/24 It does say payment in 60 days. Well, Im gonna give them one more week and then I will have my legal team send them a demand letter. It usually works. If any of you have that service you know it works. I’ll let you know what happens.

I refuse to do business with Cloud. Anyone who was around earlier this year will remember the infamous “oops” email he sent out.

I have found to keep hounding… DO NOT LET UP with them! Had the same problem I don’t get to many assignments from them anymore but that ok!
I currently have a signing agent (NOT CLOUD)who the client cancelled last day in July and agreed to paying a printing fee and I still have not received it… I will hunt you down you took my time, paper and ink and I want it!

I have done a few signings with them and no I have not gotten paid for any of them Staying away from them
I have sent them several invoices, they DO NOT pay @ 60 days. Their terms are “within 60 days and then following saturday/sunday” I am owed a what I consider larger sum do to stupidity on my part for continuing to work for them without requiring payment from title company.
That legal demand is my next step as well.
Had them email them a demand letter on 11/05 and received my echeck this morning 11/11

I also let the platform that Cloud Signings uses know they don’t pay their Notaries in a more timely manner.
