Coupon for Notary2pro

Hello everyone, I really want to take the course with Notary2pro…and wondering if anyone has a code for a discount.
$300.00 is a lot of money when you are just starting out ( sad face ) Especially after paying for so many other things pertaining to becoming a notary and loan
Any info would help me and thanks in advance

Not much work available. Seriously consider other types of work or a real job.

imho, you can take as many un-required courses as you want, job is still gonna go to cheapest notary (who is probably working at a loss).
There just isn’t much business out there now.

Hello Earl
Thank you so much for the information… I will head over to that site now to research it.

ALSO, a lot of these were online YT before so try and research there as well. I try and save the links on my business profile so I can forward to people asking me about starting up. I never encourage an unseasoned person unless they were personable with me at the table. I know in my heart long term this is gonna bite my bum as it eats my bottom line, but I know my TC will like having good CS and knowledgable notaries so I try my best when I can. I did start on the SC/TC side so free knowledge and then as you get comfortable knowing what you are seeing, getting a few closings under your belt and PAID, pay for the bigger training if you’d like.

on you tube check you griffin notary , he has a lot of excellent informational fact based videos that will help you understand exactly what a notary does and how loan signing works and how to prep, prepare for signings , if you haven’t taken any loan signing certification tests yet he’s a wonderful resource for before and after . he’s real and helpful, and has the option to become a member for as low as 3.99 a month where you can even email or call him with questions from GNW to loan signing related questions . I think you’ll really like him .

Hello and thank you so much… I’ll check him out

I highly recommend Notary2pro I did their course years ago. IDK how it is now but it really helped me not so much in the understanding of the loan signing but also in running my business, and sharing my information to companies hiring new notaries as well as access to the list of companies who hire graduates of the N2P, I did as instructed and it helped. They are now very popular and some companies only hire their graduates. Im thinking of doing it again since its been more than 10 years for me.

NNA certification is cheaper and all you need IMO…I received my first Notary Commission in 1995 and I think the NNA Cert has been around about 20-25 years.
I completed loan signings long before there was even a NNA or Notary2pro title for it…so speaking from some experience. Perhaps go on Amazon and purchase Bill Soroka’s book “Sign and Thrive”. Consider steering away away from SS that suggest you need the Notary2pro title to succeed, you will be out 300 bucks and frustrated that you aren’t getting any signing offers for more than 50/60 bucks (IMO in this market). In this market expect no hand-outs for good signing offers, with no experience under your belt, regardless of your certifications…you will only receive low ball offers, that if accepted really helps no one. Sadly it is not a great time for a new notary wanting to break into the NSA marketplace unless we get the refi boom next year that many are hoping for, then there might be an opportunity for Notaries new or old to make some good money…maybe… (again IMO)

I thank you and totally appreciate your opinion… I’ll definitely look into the book… I’m not new to signings, but I just needed a refresher because I haven’t signed in over two years… When I signed before I didn’t know what all the docs actually were, but I have been using YouTube and just learning all I can… I’m looking into enotary and apostille right now also… Times are getting rough out here, so just trying to have a few streams of income… again thank you for your advice

I do recommend N2P if you have never conducted a loan signing. The NNA course doesn’t give enough training to know what you are doing but IS sufficient if you already have a background.
I had 30 years in the mortgage industry, took N2P and still picked up some good info. I would never recommend the NNA or YouTube if you seriously plan to become a Signing Agent. There are probably only 3 or 4 training classes I would recommend and some that are suggested are not those.
I have never known N2P to have a coupon available. Many websites always have a placeholder for a coupon code, “just in case”.
Do evaluate the market now and whether you want to start out cold. If you already have a following, know escrow agents and title companies and have realtors with faith in your signing agent abilities, then you might have a shot. I do very little “cattle call” work from listing services and have turned off notifications from all but one. Most of my work is directly from Title Companies.

Look at Notary training school

Guess you can waste your money if you want to.

I think I know what to do closed 65 signings.

It sounds like you are fighting with yourself today.

I am not fighting with anyone just trying to help people save money.
