is it required to use month, date, year like September 14, 2020 or can we put 09/14/2020.
I usually write it all out but wonder what everyone else does as some months like Sept are so long LOL!
I usually write it all out, but, when they give me this much _______space, they get 9/14/2020. Nobody’s had a fit yet.
thanks wasn’t sure if there is a “proper way” or if we could do 9/14/2020 and that is sufficient for a date. i have used it when there is like no space as well. usually i use my own certificates as i prefer to type them all up and have them ready to use.
I sometimes use 9/14/2020. I don’t think I’ve done any signings where the document was leaving the country, but if I do, I won’t use that format. In many other countries they would write 14/9/2020.
True, September is long (LOL) but I always write the month in letters and digits because I don’t want any confusion especially with numbers 1 thru 12
Example: 12/05/2020 OR 05/12/2020… if you’re from another country where those date numbers are written backwards, how would you interpret it?! A bit confusing, right …
