Im a new signing agent and would love to come along on an assignment with a seasoned
signing agent. Im free on Sundays and after 6pm during the week. Im commissioned in DC and MD
but only doing DC signing for now. I would like to step out with confidence. After reading some of these stories on here , I want to be extra careful.
I recommend The Loan Signing System by Mark Wills and after you take his course you won’t need to shadow anyone. He’s very detailed and thorough and goes over every document so that you’ll be confident when you walk out that door. I took his course and I got my first direct signing with E.O and never signed up with any Signing Service (until a few weeks ago just for market purpose) He is very passionate about all his students and his course. To me it’s the best. View testimonials on YouTube. God bless.
Right, Because I took the NNA course but I feel like it wasn’t enough. YES. I believe I did look at his course, I believe he is the gentleman that on Youtube. Thank YOU. I’ll let you know how it goes.
Unfortunately, shadowing another notary is frowned upon as it’s a breach of the signers’/borrowers’ privacy. Not to mention no one wants to train their competition. Also, I could be off here but it was my belief DC required a TPL in order for a notary to do loan signings…maye they changed it.
I would research various training modules and take a good, comprehensive course that shows you everything; not so sure LSS is the end-all be-all for that.
I took the LSS course and it is very comprehensive course for me as well as affordable (depending which course is chosen). No course is the end-all-be-all. It all boils down to personal preference. It was just a recommendation.
Hi. It is a no-no to go out and tag along on a loan signing. I also did the Loan Signing System and agree that’s the way to go. I have only been doing loans for 2 months. You will make mistakes but you will learn and move on. You will be ok.
i tagged along
That’s something that should not have been allowed.
