I wish to respond to LindaH comments that I am a Signing Agency which is Slanderous, misleading and Untrue. I will consider legal action regarding her comments. If I was indeed a Signing Agency, why would I be trying to stir Signing Agents to my group? She took liberty to run an post my profile on the webpage and and I am okay with that because, I have nothing to hide and nothing in my profile identify me as a Signing Agency. I am a Signing Agent like all of us There is no Money involved in joining my group, just private and personal dialogue to improve our efforts. Any and every agent is free to join or not to. Everything I indicated in my previous forum is correct and accurate and most signing agents no it’s to be true. Thus far I am the only Signing Agent that is trying to improve our payment fees and professional efforts. I have previously stated that some Signing Agents will be against our efforts to be treated professionally and get what we deserve, and LindaH will not be the only one.

If you are not a signing service then I apologize to you and to everyone here - but you are more than “just a notary”…and IMO it is you who are misleading.
You did not have to start another thread for this - unnecessary but it is what it is. I’m still waiting to hear why you need a copy of an NNA certificate to join your facebook group which, by the way, I do not intend to join. But I’m sure others would be interested in an answer to that question.
You know what? I’m going to lean toward believing you - because I don’t know of anyone else who ever got insulted because they were called a “Signing Service”…I actually got a chuckle out of that…
