Document Preparation - What Do You Do?

I’ve gotten packages with 4 to 8 copies of the tax forms alone! I’ve called title and ask, “Seriously”. Of course I was more professional about it. But the Federal form alone is something like 8 pages for one copy!

Bobby, one major title company based out of Chicago now sends out disclosure forms telling their signers that documents are AI generated.

Im wondering if that is causing the uptick in sloppy packages.

Oh I would guess a LOT to do with it. Who checks the work if no human gets trained to do it? Geez

I just send back my disclosure telling them a Bot did the job and to forgive any errors. Sloppy iz as sloppy duz.

 Love that response!

Ok, maybe I’m slow but I’m not “fixing” their documents. If the acknowledgement or anything else is incorrect, I send an email for the correction and I reference the law in my state in which I base my decision. I’m not getting paid enough to fix some clerk’s error.

That’s one take on it, but I’m not waiting around forever to see a corrected document I can print.
