Two jobs but documents are delayed. So a rush to close end of month might turn into whoops no documents today.
Argh.
Don’t understand why documents are not on time they know the loan is coming up.

Sometimes the title company is waiting on something from the lender…
I’ve always said that they shouldn’t assign the notary until they have the documents ready. Of course, they don’t listen to me, but it would sure save us a lot of grief and wasted time if they would do that.
