Escrow Agent Instructions

First signing today at 2pm EST!!

Do we need to give the borrower copies of the title instructions to the escrow agent? Apparently they don’t need to sign or initial as there is no spit for them to do so.

So anything for the escrow agent doesn’t need to go to the borrower is my thought?

Hello, was the escrow instructions part of the document package? If that’s the case, I usually print everything in the package. If they are part of the notes in the case. I do not print the case notes for the signer. I hopes this helps.
