When we get Instructions to Escrow/ Title Agents, do the borrower’s need copies? I know they are not for the borrower specifically, so curious if they need copies in their copy packet that I leave with them since they are not signing or initialing.
So basically, anything directed to the escrow agent is not needed for the borrower…?
Hello, where did you get the escrow instructions? Always go back to who hired you if you have specific questions. If you receive a package & who hired you asked you to print a set for the borrower, you do not need to decide what the signer get or not get. Follow the instructions & print a second set.I do not print instructions that are part of the case notes.
