Any one familiar with this business? I’m in Napa, California and received a loan signing request from Executive Title Services of Florida, Inc. via email from a Lisa Finn for a refi on Saturday, tomorrow.
I responded 2 days ago and just heard back. They only communicate via email and no phone numbers. When the sender Lisa Finn replied today she wanted me to click on a link to register on their portal and look at the job. I am always very leery of links to click and no phone numbers. I’d appreciate any feedback on this. Thank you.
It’s a scam…delete it; if you have the option in your email server, report it as spam so you never see it again.
If you look at her email address, think her name is Lisa Finn but email is “fine” - I did not get it but read this elsewhere.
These scammers are getting really sharp. BTW, Executive Title Services of Florida Inc IS a legit company - you may want to contact them.

I received the same email scam and called the legit co. in FL. They are aware of it, have reported it to authorities, and were trying to track down the IP address location. Forward the email to them and also report as a phishing attack to your email provider.
